The drainage optimization method comprises the following steps that (1) the shaft seal heater of a thermal power plant steam turbine thermodynamic system is transformed; and (2) a shaft-added steam inlet pipeline and/or a shaft-added fan outlet main pipe of the thermal power plant steam turbine thermodynamic system are/is transformed.
