Lipidosome preparation and encapsulation are carried out while splitting decomposition is carried out, so that water-insoluble active ingredients in a fermentation product can be efficiently wrapped into a product, and meanwhile, the water-insoluble active ingredients are relatively high in encapsulation efficiency.
