Zusammenfassung:During the preparation of Xianglan wine, settled liquor or red-scented long-grained nonglutinous rice wine or purple rice wine is used as base wine, whole pod of vanilla planifolia is soaked with base wine to obtain whole-pod mother liquor after filtering and settling, cut pod of vanilla planifolia is soaked with base wine to obtain cut-pod mother liquor, the two kinds of mother liquor are mixed and added with affine cudweed flower leachate as brightening agent and base wine-soaked supplementary perfume, and after bottled and sealed, Xianglan wine is prepared. The wine product contains in weight percentage vanilla planifolia 0.3-0.8%, affine cudweed flower 0-0.01% and other perfume 0.03%.
