In some embodiments, the method includes receiving activity parameters describing a content activity, where the activity parameters include at least one keyword and at least one URL; generating a target vector describing the content activity based on the at least one keyword and the at least one URL, where the target vector maps information associated with the at least one URL and information associated with the at least one keyword to an embedding space; determining a similarity of the target vector and a plurality of channel vectors associated with each of a plurality of content creators, each of the plurality of channel vectors mapping information associated with each of the plurality of content creators to the embedding space; selecting one or more content creators from the plurality of content creators based on the similarity of the target vector to each of the plurality of channel vectors; and causing the one or more content creat
