Ciphertext state verification can be realized, and the security of the file is enhanced. In the encryption and decryption process and the chameleon hash calculation process, random numbers of an algorithm are deleted, it is guaranteed that ciphertexts are the same after the same file is encrypted, and the same chameleon hash is generated. The file is transmitted to the IPFS to realize distributed storage, and the ipfs performs hash addressing according to content, so that the file can be ensured to correspond to a unique storage address.
