Anti-violence and fire-proof alarm glass and its making process

The violence-proof and fire-proof alarm glass consists of several layers of common glass, photoconductive fibre, polyvinyl butyral layer and hydrated sodium silicate, and it has high transparency, noreflective scattering and good fireproof property. During its production, glass layers, polyvinyl butyral layer and photoconductive fibre are first composited at 1.0-1.2 Mpa and 120 deg.C, and the composite glass is then composited with another glass layer and hydrated sodium silicate sandwiched in between and dried naturally. The test shows that the glass can't be penetrated by bullet and has a fireproof period of 0.82-0.85 hr.
