Test system for evaluating thermal performance of heat sink

A test system for evaluating thermal performance of a heat sink is provided. A test fixture for a heat sink may include a probe assembly having a thermocouple probe configured to removably contact a bottom surface of a heat sink base and measure a surface temperature of the heat sink. The test fixture may include an insulator housing configured to receive the probe assembly and the heater block and insulate the probe assembly from the heater block. A heater block may be provided within the insulator housing and may be configured to provide heat to the heat sink via a bottom surface of the heat sink base.
