The invention provides a functional substrate with a graded micro-nano structure, which is used for carrying out high-resolution nL-grade thin-layer liquid drop separation and arraying on a digital micro-fluidic platform so as to realize accurate one-time melting curve analysis. Enabling the functional substrate to have a contact angle contrast gt through etching treatment; and the super wettability at 170 DEG C is realized.
