Zusammenfassung:	The invention belongs to the technical field of oil field drilling, and discloses a drilling fluid sampling device which comprises a sampling assembly and a floating assembly. The sampling assembly comprises a sampling pipe, and a sampling opening is formed in the side wall of the sampling pipe. The floating assembly is slidably arranged on the sampling pipe in a sleeving mode, and the floating assembly can float on the liquid level of the drilling fluid. When the floating assembly floats on the liquid level of the drilling fluid, the sampling pipe can continuously sink relative to the floating assembly, so that the sampling opening is located below the liquid level of the drilling fluid. When the drilling fluid sampling device is used, the drilling fluid sampling device is put into a storage tank filled with drilling fluid, and the floating assembly can float on the liquid level of the drilling fluid due to the buoyancy effect of the drilling fluid.
