Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an energy-saving powder spheroidizing furnace, which relates to the technical field of powder spheroidizing equipment, and comprises a furnace body, a powder conveying pipe, an inner layer oxygen conveying pipe, a fuel gas conveying pipe, an outer layer oxygen conveying pipe, a tail gas recovery pipe, a heat exchanger and a cyclone ingress pipe, a stream of the tail gas waste heat recovery pipe is used as a heat source to flow through the heat exchanger so as to preheat the powder, the inner-layer oxygen, the fuel gas and the outer-layer oxygen; and the cyclone ingress pipe can enable part of airflow in the tail gas recovery pipe to enter the furnace body along the tangential direction of the inner wall of the furnace body, so that a wind field which spirally flows upwards is formed in the furnace body.
