Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method and application of an eukaryotic expression vector of Nile tilapia CD36 protein. The preparation method comprises the following steps: extracting RNA (Ribonucleic Acid) of Nile tilapia intestinal tissues and synthesizing cDNA (Complementary Deoxyribose Nucleic Acid); carrying out PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) amplification on a coding sequence fragment of the Nile tilapia CD36 gene to obtain a Nile tilapia CD36 protein gene; and then constructing a eukaryotic expression vector pEGFP-N1-CD36 of the Nile tilapia mossambica CD36 protein.
