A metagenomics technology is utilized to excavate and research novel and efficient cellulase genes in a Bemuramah soil metagenomic library, and after the screened cellulase genes are subjected to heterologous expression and protein purification to obtain cellulase, the enzymatic characteristics and dynamic properties of the cellulase are analyzed.
