The chromosome outer circular DNA is obtained by detecting and identifying healthy ginkgo vascular cambium under mitochondrial damage. Experiments prove that the [TAR1circle] is highly related to the mitochondrial retrograde signal transduction of the ginkgo vascular cambium, and through the research on the eccDNA, the molecular mechanism of the eccDNA participating in the plant mitochondrial retrograde signal transduction can be further disclosed, and an eccDNA reference standard is provided for potential biomarkers of plants responding to mitochondrial damage.
