Zwitterionic polymer microsphere as well as preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses a zwitterionic polymer microsphere as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The polymer microsphere is prepared from the following raw materials: water, acrylamide, diallyl amino methyl phosphonate, superfine calcium carbonate, a zwitterionic surfactant, alkane, an emulsifier, an initiator, hydrochloric acid and an inorganic salt solution. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a water phase A; (2) uniformly mixing alkane and an emulsifier to obtain an oil phase B; (3) mixing the water phase A obtained in the step (1) and the oil phase B obtained in the step (2), and then adding an initiator for reaction to obtain a material flow C; and (4) uniformly mixing hydrochloric acid with an inorganic salt solution, then adding the mixture into the material flow C, demulsifying to remove an oil phase after the reaction is completed, and then washing and drying to obtain the polymer microspheres.
