Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a rabies virus G protein mutant and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of biology. The mutant of the rabies virus G protein provided by the invention is obtained by mutating the 313th amino acid of the wild type rabies virus G protein from lysine to arginine, mutating the 409th amino acid from serine to cysteine and optionally replacing a signal peptide of the wild type rabies virus G protein. After mutation of two sites and optional replacement of the signal peptide, the stability of the mutant of the rabies virus G protein and the expression quantity of the mutant in a eukaryotic expression system are obviously improved. The rabies virus G protein mutant provided by the invention can be used for accurately detecting the concentration of the rabies virus antibody in serum, and is good in specificity, so that the rabies virus G protein mutant can be applied to quantitative detection of the rabies virus antibody, and the immune effect of a rabies virus vaccine can b
