Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a phosphorus-nitrogen reactive flame retardant and a preparation method and application thereof.The preparation method comprises the following steps that a DOPO solution and a maleic anhydride solution serve as raw materials, and a product DOPO-MA is prepared through an addition reaction; the preparation method comprises the following steps: by taking DOPO-MA and diethanol amine as raw materials, carrying out ring-opening reaction in an organic solvent to prepare an intermediate DOPO-MAN; and reacting the intermediate DOPO-MAN with ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether under the condition of 110 to 120 DEG C, so as to prepare the phosphorus-nitrogen reactive flame retardant.
