The method comprises the following steps: (1) determining a peak appearance result of a to-be-removed substance in a to-be-regenerated catalyst through a temperature programmed oxidation method; and (2) carrying out temperature programming roasting on the catalyst to be regenerated according to a peak result measured in the step (1).
