Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a rotating mechanism and a surgical robot. The rotating mechanism comprises a rotating seat, and a rotating driving piece, an input shaft, an output shaft and a rotating sensor which are arranged on the rotating seat; the rotation sensor is fixedly connected between the input shaft and the output shaft and used for monitoring the torque change between the input shaft and the output shaft and enabling the input shaft to drive the output shaft to rotate. The rotary driving part is in transmission connection with the input shaft and used for driving the input shaft to rotate. The rotating motor can drive the input shaft to rotate, then the rotating sensor, the output shaft, the bending mechanism, the twisting and conveying mechanism and the flexible ureteroscope are sequentially driven to rotate, finally, the front end of a hose of the flexible ureteroscope rotates along with the flexible ureteroscope, and therefore the effect of adjusting the direction is achieved.
