Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of aqueous ammonium ion mixed type super capacitors (A-HSCs), in particular to an aqueous ammonium ion mixed type capacitor positive electrode and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: preparing an acidic potassium permanganate solution as a hydrothermal reaction medium, and placing the pretreated carbon cloth in the hydrothermal reaction medium for hydrothermal reaction to obtain the aqueous ammonium ion mixed capacitor positive electrode. The method is easy and convenient to operate and low in cost, the prepared positive electrode layered manganese dioxide material is better in stability and higher in mass load, the positive electrode layered manganese dioxide material, an activated carbon cloth negative electrode and (NH4) 2SO4 electrolyte form a water system ammonium ion hybrid supercapacitor, and the water system ammonium ion hybrid supercapacitor has better peak area energy density and good capacitance retention rate.
