MULTI-PORT NONVOLATILE MEMORY DEVICES WITH STANK ALLOCATION AND RELATED SYSTEMS AND METHODS

A non-volatile memory device may include: a serial port including: at least one serial clock input; and at least one serial data input/output (I/O) configured to receive a command, an address, and write data in synchronization with the at least one serial clock input. The at least one parallel port may include: a plurality of command address inputs configured to receive commands and address data in a group of parallel bits; and a plurality of unidirectional data outputs configured to output read data in parallel at a rising edge and a falling edge of the data clock signal. Each of the plurality of banks may include non-volatile memory cells and can be configured for access by a serial port or a parallel port. When the memory bank is configured for access by the serial port, the memory bank is not accessible by the at least one parallel port.
