The method comprises the steps of determining a target area range and a date; the method comprises the following steps: acquiring a numerical value of a business analysis field of a CMA-GFS4DVAR (global four-dimensional variational data assimilation numerical forecasting system); interpolating the numerical value of the service analysis field to a corresponding resolution for calculating a singular vector SVs; the singular vector SVs is calculated and generated; generating a sensitive area according to the linear combination of the SVs; and drawing a display image of the sensitive area.
