The near-electricity early warning operation process comprises the steps that the MEMS electric field sensor generates periodic vibration induction charges; the inductive charge is converted into a voltage signal, an electric field signal is obtained through the analog demodulation circuit, and the electric field signal is processed by the main controller to obtain a numerical value representing the field intensity; when the main controller detects that the value representing the field intensity is higher than a set threshold value, an alarm is given out, and the near-electricity early warning function of hot-line work is achieved.
