Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of aero-engine inner bearing end face temperature measurement, and particularly relates to an aero-engine inner bearing end face temperature measurement thermocouple installation method. A test hole is machined in a bearing end face, and a temperature sensing head is manufactured on the periphery of a hot junction of a T-type fluorine-coated thermocouple through high-temperature soldering tin by means of a mold; and a processed hollow pipe is designed to install the temperature sensing head in the test hole, so that a lead of the T-shaped fluorine-coated thermocouple is fixed in a wall-attached manner by a spot welding process, installation is completed, and the temperature of the end surface of the bearing in the aero-engine is measured.
