Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber material with high porosity. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, adding ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene powder, a solvent and an auxiliary agent into a swelling kettle for swelling; 2, adding the obtained mixture into a double-screw extruder to form uniform and stable spinning gel; 3, injecting supercritical fluid into the double-screw extruder, and fully mixing to form a homogeneous spinning solution; 4, feeding the obtained spinning solution into a spinning box to form filaments; 5, cooling the obtained filaments to form frozen collagen filaments with a large number of micropore structures; and 6, extracting, drying and carrying out super-stretching on the obtained frozen collagen silks to obtain the high-porosity ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber.
