The patchouli alcohol can be efficiently produced, and the shake-flask fermentation yield of the patchouli alcohol is close to 1.2 mg/L and is increased by 10 times compared with the yield of an original strain. The patchouli alcohol is efficiently generated by using the pichia pastoris, and the method has the characteristics of short period, environmental protection and resource conservation. 本发明公开了一种生产广藿香醇的酵母工程菌及其应用,涉及微生物制药领域。本发明可以高效生产广藿香醇,其摇瓶发酵产量接近1.2mg/L,较出发菌株的产量提高了10倍。本发明利用毕赤酵母高效生成广藿香醇,具有周期短,环保和节约资源的特点。
