Water-based low-temperature baking coating and use method thereof

The invention discloses a water-based low-temperature baking coating and a use method thereof. The water-based low-temperature baking coating is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 50 to 60 percent of water-based special modified polyester resin, 10 to 15 percent of water-based amino resin, 0.2 to 0.8 percent of cooling agent, 2 to 5 percent of adhesion promoter, 0.2 to 0.5 percent of flatting agent, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of defoaming agent, 2 to 5 percent of neutralizer and 20 to 40 percent of deionized water. The use method comprises the following steps: obtaining a water-based low-temperature baking coating, diluting the water-based low-temperature baking coating with deionized water, and coating the diluted water-based low-temperature baking coating on the surface of a pretreated workpiece; and the workpiece is dried, and the coated workpiece is obtained. The water-based low-temperature baking coating has the advantages of excellent acid resistance, high transparency, high hardness,
