Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a portable mooring area personnel protection device. The portable mooring area personnel protection device comprises adsorption type bottom feet, impact absorption springs, a protection frame, an adsorption bottom foot control device and a transparent protection device. The protection frame comprises a transverse frame and a longitudinal frame, and the bottom of the longitudinal frame is connected with the adsorption type bottom feet through the flushing absorption springs; the adsorption type bottom feet are connected with a bottom foot control device for generating adsorption force; the at least two transverse frames are circular or regular polygonal and are fixed on the longitudinal frame, transparent protection device mounting grooves are formed in the transverse frames, and the transparent protection device mounting grooves are at least provided with at least two or annular rails; the transparent protection devices are made of transparent hard panel materials, are installed in th
