Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a forming method of a circular flexible solar wing composite material supporting rib, which comprises the following steps: firstly, splitting the supporting rib into different rib parts with the width of 5mm, respectively designing a layering mold for each rib, laying a prepreg narrow band with the width of 5mm in the layering mold, compacting, packaging, curing in an autoclave, taking out of the autoclave when the temperature is reduced to 120 DEG C, and thermally demolding to obtain the corresponding rib; designing a support rib cementing assembly tool according to the lying state of the support rib; carrying out trial assembly on each rib by using a supporting rib cementing assembly tool, and marking a rib cementing surface; the rib gluing surfaces are coated with an adhesive; and the supporting rib cementing assembly tool is used for conducting cementing assembly on the ribs. The problems that the size of the honeycomb interlayer cylindrical shell structure cannot be miniaturized
