Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a graphene-silicon nitride synergistically reinforced aluminum-based composite material, and relates to a preparation method of an aluminum-based composite material. The problems that the graphene/aluminum-based composite material is poor in interface bonding strength and prone to interface reaction are solved. The silicon-nitrogen precursor is added to serve as a precursor of in-situ synthesis silicon nitride, compared with direct addition of silicon nitride particles, the silicon-nitrogen precursor is liquid at normal temperature and more easily and uniformly wraps the surfaces of graphene and aluminum metal powder in the dispersion process, nano-scale silicon nitride particles are in-situ synthesis at high temperature, and the in-situ synthesis performance of the graphene and the aluminum metal powder is improved.
