In the preparation process of the beverage, the oat triticale sauce is obtained through cooking treatment; and carrying out enzymolysis to obtain enzymolysis oat pulp, and blending to obtain the oat beverage containing the oat particles. According to the invention, the oat grains are kept in a suspension state in the beverage, the taste level of the product is enriched, and the satiety and palatability are improved.
