The method comprises the following steps: acquiring natural language data input by a user; identifying query features of the natural language data, and extracting a theme keyword, a target keyword and a query form corresponding to the natural language data from the natural language data; determining a knowledge graph containing the subject keyword, the target keyword and the query form, and mapping the query feature to a basic query element in the knowledge graph; generating a corresponding query path in the knowledge graph based on the query features and a mapping relation of basic query elements in the knowledge graph; and determining a corresponding query result from the knowledge graph based on the query path.
