Zusammenfassung: | The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out carboxylation modification on the surface of a polystyrene microsphere in a hydrolysis manner, and then preparing the antibody-fluorescent nano-microsphere conjugate by utilizing an embedding manner, so as to obtain the antibody-fluorescent nano-microsphere conjugate for synchronously detecting the antibiotic enrofloxacin and the antibiotic ciprofloxacin. Embedding a rare earth europium element in the microspheres to form a complex of the polystyrene microspheres and the europium element to obtain fluorescent microspheres; constructing a pretreatment system of the fluorescent microspheres, and cleaning and activating the fluorescent microspheres; the fluorescent microspheres are coupled with an anti-enrofloxacin or anti-ciprofloxacin monoclonal antibody; the prepared product is stored in a dark place at 2-8 DEG C.
