The present invention relates to a resistance measurement system for a ship model test, which is applicable to various sea surface states, and is characterized by comprising: a resistance measurement unit which is attached to a towing rod extending from a model ship, and which measures resistance acting on the model ship in still water and sea waves by means of a force cell; a load buffer unit which is disposed in a fixing device extending from a measurement frame of a towing vehicle for towing the model ship, and which elastically supports the resistance measurement unit by means of an elastic member so as to buffer a load applied to the resistance measurement unit; and a balance point correction force applying unit, which is disposed in a measurement frame of an untowing vehicle for towing the model ship, and which applies a load to the resistance measurement unit through cable connection, thereby inducing the resistance measurement unit coupled to the load buffer unit to a back-and-forth rocking balance po
