The invention relates to the technical field of industrial boilers, and discloses a low-nitrogen combustor. The low-nitrogen combustor comprises a plurality of main spray pipe assemblies arranged around the central axis and peripheral spray pipe assemblies arranged around the central axis, the main spray pipe assemblies are arranged to spray out fuel gas, and the outlet ends of the peripheral spray pipe assemblies extend forwards in the axial direction relative to the outlet ends of the main spray pipe assemblies. The peripheral spray pipe assembly is arranged to spray air so as to form a tubular air wall on the periphery of the main spray pipe assembly. By means of the peripheral spray pipe assembly arranged on the periphery of the main spray pipe assembly, the tubular air wall surrounding the main flame is sprayed out and mixed with the peripheral flame of the main flame, so that the temperature of the peripheral flame can be reduced, the total amount of air sprayed out of the peripheral spray pipe assembly
