Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a high-nervonic-acid-yield Rhodosporidium toruloides engineering strain as well as a construction method and application thereof, the engineering strain takes Rhodosporidium toruloides as an original strain, and performs heterologous expression on KCS enzyme in fatty acid elongase compounds with different substrate preferences; kCR, HCD and ECR enzymes and malic enzyme ME1 in the fatty acid elongase complex are overexpressed.
