Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of tumor cell immunotherapy, and particularly relates to a chimeric antigen receptor targeting fully humanized CD70 and application of the chimeric antigen receptor. The chimeric antigen receptor comprises an extracellular structural domain, a hinge region, a transmembrane region and an intracellular signal domain which are sequentially connected, wherein the extracellular structural domain comprises an amino acid sequence as shown in Sequence NO.1 or a functional variant of the amino acid sequence.
