Phenanthrone compound and preparation method thereof

The invention belongs to the field of synthesis of phenanthrone compounds, and particularly relates to a phenanthrone compound and a preparation method thereof. The phenanthrone compound is obtained by adding 4, 5-dibromo-9-fluorenone, a diarylacetylene compound, a palladium catalyst, a ligand and potassium carbonate into a reaction tube in which the step of baking to remove water vapor is completed, and carrying out a synthetic reaction by taking trimethylbenzene as a solvent. According to the invention, 4, 5-dibromo-9-fluorenone, a diarylacetylene compound, a palladium catalyst, a ligand and potassium carbonate are taken as initial raw materials, and the disubstituted phenanthrene ketone is generated through a cyclization reaction catalyzed by palladium. Compared with the existing synthesis method of the phenanthrone compound, the novel synthesis method provided by the invention has the advantages that the raw materials are simple and easy to obtain, the reaction route is short, the experimental operation i
