The invention provides a combined reagent, a device and a method for removing trace water in alpha-olefin. The device comprises: a first dehydration unit filled with a molecular sieve; the second dehydration unit is connected with the first dehydration unit, preferably is in contact with the first dehydration unit and is filled with a metal organic framework coordination polymer; wherein the device is provided with a feeding pipeline, and the feeding pipeline is communicated with the first dehydration unit; and/or the device is provided with a discharge pipeline, and the discharge pipeline is communicated with the second dehydration unit.
