Zusammenfassung:The invention provides application of combination of an IRAK1 inhibitor and a PARP inhibitor in preparation of an anti-tumor medicament, and relates to the technical field of biological medicines. According to the application disclosed by the invention, the IRAK1 is found to be capable of promoting the generation of NBS1 phosphorylation in IRAK1 high-expression tumors, so that the DNA homologous recombination repair efficiency is further improved, and the treatment of a PARP inhibitor is insensitive; if the enzyme activity of IRAK1 is inhibited, NBS1 phosphorylation is reduced, the homologous recombination repair efficiency is reduced, and at the moment, the PRAP inhibitor is combined for use, so that an obvious synthetic lethal effect is achieved.
