Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of biological nerves, and particularly discloses a preparation method of an optic nerve interface, a gradient stretching plate is introduced, a micron-sized metal wire is effectively prepared to ensure signal transmission, and a cooked silk fiber bundle obtained after raw silk is degummed by an alkaline solution is used as silk fiber, so that the optic nerve interface is prepared.
