Zusammenfassung:A system and method provides a hybrid communication scheme that enables high communication rates with post-quantum computing security assurance. Messages to securely communicate are first mixed using individual secure coding, such as linear network codes, and some of the encoded messages are further encrypted. The encrypted and unencrypted messages are sent via different communication channels. Due to the premixing, each unencrypted message becomes almost as secure as encrypted messages, since decoding any one of the messages requires all messages, including encrypted messages. Thus, very few encrypted messages can be used, allowing the communication rate to approach one as the number of channels increases.
