The motor comprises a water-cooling casing, a stator core, a stator winding, a heat pipe, a circumferential communicating vessel, a mounting groove and heat-conducting gel, a cooling water channel is arranged in the water-cooling machine shell; a containing cavity is defined by the stator winding, the stator iron core and the water-cooling machine shell. The heat-conducting gel is filled in the accommodating cavity, and the accommodating cavity is filled with a solid-solid phase change material; mounting grooves are formed in the two ends of the water-cooling machine shell.
