Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for detecting tool wear in a bone material drilling process based on a sensor signal. The method comprises the steps that drilling force and vibration signals in the bone material drilling process are collected, and the signals are preprocessed; performing feature extraction and feature screening on the extracted time sequence signals; and inputting the screened feature vectors into a bidirectional long-short-term memory network optimized by a multi-head attention mechanism, and predicting the wear degree. In the bone material drilling process, the drilling force and the drilling temperature can be increased due to tool abrasion, a drill bit can be fractured and retained in the body of a patient due to the fact that the drilling force is too large and the drilling force is seriously changed, bone tissue heat damage can be caused due to the fact that the drilling temperature is too large, postoperative healing is affected, and greater damage is brought to the patient.
