Roadway roof separation layer detection device and method based on ultrasonic positioning

The invention provides a roadway roof separation layer detection device and method based on ultrasonic positioning. The device comprises a remote control trolley, a lifting mechanism, a detection platform and an array type transducer. According to the method, the array type transducers emit ultrasonic waves to detect the separation layer, during detection, one row of transducers of the array type transducers excite signals, the other rows of transducers receive the signals, then the other rows of transducers excite the signals in sequence, and finally, an instant image in the top plate is generated through imaging software. No negative influence is caused on the top plate, and the device is suitable for top plates of any shapes.
