Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a large-hook super-slow-speed lifting device which comprises a large-speed-ratio speed reducer, an input shaft of the large-speed-ratio speed reducer is connected with an output shaft of a power source through a coupler, a first-stage transmission driving wheel is arranged on the output shaft of the large-speed-ratio speed reducer and meshed with a first-stage transmission driven gear, and a second-stage transmission driven gear is arranged on the output shaft of the large-speed-ratio speed reducer. The first-stage transmission driven gear is installed on a gear shaft, the gear shaft is further sleeved with a second-stage transmission driving wheel, and a shifting fork is arranged on the second-stage transmission driving wheel. The shifting fork is pulled, the second-stage transmission driving wheel slides on the gear shaft so as to achieve meshing and disengaging of the second-stage transmission driving wheel and the second-stage transmission driven wheel, and the second-stage transmi
