Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the field of rare earth recovery, and provides a method for recovering rare earth and phosphoric acid from phosphate rare earth ore. The method aims to solve the problems that the existing method is large in waste residue amount and sulfuric acid consumption, the generated smoke dust causes certain pollution to the environment, and phosphorus resources are not effectively recycled; a sodium hydroxide decomposition method is high in water resource consumption, relatively high in energy consumption in a wastewater treatment process and high in production cost. According to the main scheme, phosphate rare earth ore is leached through sulfuric acid under a certain condition, rare earth phosphate is converted into sulfuric acid rare earth, and phosphorus is replaced to form phosphoric acid. Phosphoric acid is recycled from the leachate in an extraction mode, and rare earth sulfate is recycled through water leaching. The leaching rate of the rare earth is guaranteed to be 98.5% or above, th
