The molecular marker is obtained by amplifying the following primers: a forward primer: 5-CTGCGAAATGAACTAGTCAAT-3, a reverse primer: 5-TAGAGAACCGTTCTGGAATGG-3, and the primers can be used for identifying the allelic variation types of the soluble acid invertase gene AcoInv-1 in the pineapple fruit, namely AcoInv-1a and AcoInv-1b.
