The circulation system comprises a valve terminal and a liquid conveying unit which are connected through a liquid conveying pipeline. The controller can control the liquid in the circulation system to flow clockwise or anticlockwise, the cell interception assembly is cleaned by alternately performing clockwise flow and anticlockwise flow, and the flow rate of the liquid is regulated and controlled by controlling a power device of a pressure conveying unit of the liquid conveying unit.
