The invention relates to an automatic batching system, which comprises a material shelf, a batching robot, a batching table and a controller, and is characterized in that material boxes are orderly placed on the material shelf; the batching robot comprises a mechanical arm and a clamping seat which is arranged at the front end of the mechanical arm and is matched with the materials; the material shelf is located within the moving range of the mechanical arm. The batching table is located within the moving range of the mechanical arm and comprises a first conveying belt, and a material information confirmation station, a manual batching station and a material box recycling station are arranged in the conveying direction of the first conveying belt.
