The method mainly comprises the following steps: placing a rubber compound needing to be vulcanized in a mold cavity, spraying ethanol on the mold cavity and/or the rubber compound until liquid beads are formed on the inner surface of the mold cavity, and after mold closing, raising the temperature in the mold cavity and the temperature of the rubber compound to a vulcanization temperature for vulcanization reaction.
